Freight Forwarding Agent (M/F)

Organization and monitoring of multimodal import / export operations (air, sea, and road) Management of a client portfolio and global coordination of flows Interface with airlines, shipping lines, carriers, and handling agents Monitoring of CDG procedures (SURE, security, documentation) Coordination with customs services Implementation and improvement of operational processes Emergency management and incident resolution Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, ideally at CDG Mastery of air operations (import/export) indispensable Good knowledge of maritime (FCL/LCL) and road transport in Europe Comfortable with TMS tools (CargoWise, CI5 or equivalent) Professional English indispensable (daily international exchanges) Autonomy and sense of responsibility Strong organizational and prioritization skills Team spirit and leadership Stress resistance and reactivity Benefits: transport / meal vouchers / Health insurance
