THIS IS YOUR JOB

You will strengthen our existing team of Photovoltaik experts and will be the primary contact person for your colleagues and the company's customers regarding all technical questions. This position is particularly suitable for technicians, installers, electricians, master electricians, installers (m/f/d), etc., who have already gained in-depth experience in the solar and storage industry as well as in the new market segment Commercial Storage.

Your tasks include:

• Active, expert, and solution-oriented advice regarding our diverse product portfolio
• Advice and planning of Commercial Storage systems
• Continuous co-design and further development of our product portfolio in close exchange with product management and sales
• Coordination with our suppliers in the Commercial Storage product segment
• Telephone support for our customers during commissioning and service assignments
• Maintenance of active knowledge transfer internally and externally
• Participation in trade fairs and events as a product expert
• Competent evaluation of technical complaints and error messages from our customers

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Completed training or studies in the electrical engineering field
• Sound specialist knowledge in the field of Photovoltaik and solar
• Experience in the Commercial Storage segment
• Practical experience in planning, installation, and commissioning
• Good English skills
