THIS IS YOUR JOB

The purchasing team is responsible for our global product portfolio, ensuring product availability at competitive prices and, in cooperation with sales, is responsible for strategic quantity planning. As a buyer, you will act independently for the Electronics product group.

Your tasks include:

• Responsibility for defined suppliers and product groups
• Requirement determination and quantity planning
• Recording new orders as well as complete order processing
• Independent management of supply bottlenecks and special products
• Processing of Inter-Company orders
• Monitoring and maintaining delivery dates and communicating them to sales
• Maintenance of reorder points
• Checking and approving supplier invoices
• Customs clearance for the import of goods to Germany or the EU

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Commercial training in the areas of wholesale, freight forwarding, or industry
• Professional experience in purchasing, procurement management/disposition, or in the Supply Chain environment
• Good technical understanding and the willingness to familiarize yourself with our PV product portfolio
• Business fluent English skills
