Supervisor / Team Leader Logistics (m/f/d) for our Talent Pool*

What is your role?

After an intensive induction phase, in which you will get to know all the work areas of our modern logistics, you will take over the planning and control of the daily operational business in your area. In doing so, you will not only keep an eye on KPIs and budget specifications, but you will also be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of your team and will constantly develop your employees as a coach.

You are responsible for:

• Leading, supporting, and developing an assigned team as well as implementing measures for team building and employee motivation
• Implementation of effective and efficient daily business
• Timely recognition of disruptions in the workflow based on logistics key figures and independent counter-steering
• Sustainable control and implementation of work quality and quantity
• Close coordination with all logistics managers as well as interface departments
• Realization of relevant KPIs as well as budget and quality specifications
• Responsibility for the administrative areas of goods receipt

What distinguishes you:

• Completed vocational training in the field of logistics or comparable training
• Experience in the coordination or leadership of employees and knowledge of logistics processes
• Technical and business understanding as well as affinity for numbers, good English and MS Office skills
• Reliable, committed personality as well as strong communication and assertiveness
