Specialist Warehouse Logistics (m/f/d) (Logistics Specialist)

For our location in Strullendorf, we are looking for a Specialist Warehouse Logistics (m/f/d) immediately.

What is your role? As a Specialist Warehouse Logistics, you will take on demanding operative and administrative tasks in goods receipt. You will identify quality and process deviations, process logistical clarification cases, and initiate appropriate measures. In doing so, you will work very closely with operative logistics, our suppliers, and adjacent interface departments. With your solution-oriented, independent, and structured way of working, you will contribute to further developing existing processes, improving process standards, and ensuring high goods and data quality.

You are responsible for:✓ Identification of quality deviations from our suppliers and determination of appropriate measures✓ Comparison of product information as well as processing of clarification cases for items from all warehouse areas✓ Creation and tracking of complaints in our CRM database or in the designated complaint portal✓ Initiating cross-site goods shipments and exchange with colleagues in an international environment✓ Control of deviations in delivery quantities or delivery quality as well as comparison of items with the associated delivery notes✓ Analysis of process deviations and participation in the definition of new process standards✓ Very close cooperation with operative logistics and interface departments to further develop the area of responsibility✓ Participation in projects and measures for continuous improvement✓ Readiness to work in other operative and administrative areas of goods receipt

What distinguishes you:✓ You have at least a completed two-year vocational training, ideally in the logistics or commercial sector✓ You convince through a solution-oriented mindset as well as an independent and structured way of working✓ You bring strong communication skills for collaborating with colleagues from operative and administrative areas✓ You are resilient and maintain an overview even under high demands in the logistics environment✓ You have good MS-Office skills✓ You have good English skills in speaking and writing✓ Good knowledge of the Kramp assortment as well as in the field of agricultural technology spare parts is desirable✓ A valid forklift license is required; experience in handling high-bay stackers is desirable
