Seminar Organization - Academy (m/f/d) (Kaufmann/-frau - Büromanagement)
For one of our locations in DACH, we are looking for a Seminar Organization - Academy (m/f/d) in part-time with 25 hours per week, starting immediately.
What is your role? As a seminar coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating processes and activities in our Kramp Academy in DACH. You ensure that all aspects are organized and align with the schedule and requirements. To do this, you coordinate with trainers, training institutes, participating customers, and internal interfaces.
You are responsible for: ✓ ✓ Operational tasks in the Kramp Academy, such as the administration and organization of in-house training, the creation of certificates and training materials, invoicing and approval, and booking rooms for our training sessions ✓ Co-determination in the selection of training topics and locations ✓ Coordination of marketing measures in the Academy area ✓ Advising our customers on all questions regarding the Academy, such as dates, documents, certificates, or invoices ✓ Evaluation of evaluation forms, deriving optimization possibilities, and implementing measures in coordination with the Academy management
This is your team The Kramp Academy offers seminars that help our customers in the agricultural machinery, forestry and garden, and construction machinery industries to work more efficiently and in a more practice-oriented manner. The training sessions are versatile, high-quality, and tailored to the needs of the participants. With a three-person team, we organize over 50 training sessions annually for around 3,000 participants.
What distinguishes you: ✓ ✓ Completed commercial vocational training or comparable ✓ Several years of experience in organizing training and events is desirable ✓ Proficient use of MS Office ✓ Good English in speaking and writing ✓ Knowledge of learning management systems is advantageous ✓ A friendly and customer-oriented appearance, a structured and analytical way of working, as well as reliability and teamwork skills round off your profile
