Sales Assistant

Your Tasks

• Enter purchase requisitions and bills of materials into the system
• Record and constantly update article and supplier master data
• Obtain quotes from our internationally located suppliers and create price comparisons
• Interface for project realization as well as for technology and sales
• Supplier correspondence regarding performance, delivery time, and payment terms
• Support in clarifying problems with suppliers and internal project managers
• Process complaints
• Member of the telephone pool

Professional Competencies:

• Completed commercial vocational training
• At least 1-3 years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Good English in spoken and written form
• Very good IT user skills

Personal Competencies:

• Independent, precise, and well-organized way of working
• Team player
• Helpful, committed, and communicative

The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is based on the KV for employees in trade (new salary table). Depending on the specific classification (employment group and years of experience), the minimum salary is at least EUR 2,900.00 gross (on a full-time basis) per month and will be individually determined together according to your qualifications and experience.
