Senior Electrical Designer – Customer Projects within Advanced Power Systems
About the job At KraftPowercon, you will become a key person working with proprietary, world-class products used in large international infrastructure projects. You will become part of a competent and cohesive team that is growing and taking an increasingly strong position on the global market. In the role of electrical designer, you will have overall system responsibility in customer projects within power transmission for hydrogen-driven fuel cells as well as motor drive systems for uninterrupted power. You will work closely with customers and internal functions and contribute throughout the entire project lifecycle – from early business dialogue to final delivery. You design, construct, and customize advanced power supply systems and are active in the quotation, sales, production, and delivery phases. In development work, you will also participate in creating new system solutions and further developing our product platforms. Tasks Customer projects from quotation to delivery
Design and further development of power supply systems
Technical system owner in customer projects
Technical coordinator towards major customers
Technical support internally and externally in the sales process
Project work together with internal and external resources
Active mentorship and knowledge sharing within the team
Qualifications We are looking for someone who has:
A Civil Engineer or Master's degree in electrical engineering, preferably with a focus on power electronics, or a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with relevant professional experience
Good competence within the power and electronics field as well as a strong interest in technology
Experience from similar roles within electrical design, system design, or development
Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
Good computer proficiency as well as experience with simulation tools and CAD (we work in EPLAN)
Driving license B
