Introducing our team (project).

Identifying and solving enterprise-wide core agendas for KRAFTON's Sustainable Growth

Deriving strategic tasks and establishing execution roadmaps based on the Strategy Division's mid-to-long-term growth direction

Reviewing and promoting internal/external new growth engines, including Inorganic Growth opportunities

Linking execution of strategic tasks through Cross-functional collaboration and Project Management

Introducing the mission you will undertake with our team.

Deriving new growth opportunities based on research into global industry trends, new technologies, and new business models

We want to grow with someone who has these experiences! (Required Qualifications)

English communication skills (conversational skills capable of business communication)

No disqualifying factors for overseas business trips

If you have these experiences, you are the one we are looking for! (Preferred Qualifications)

Internship experience in strategic planning or new business at a platform or tech company

To join KRAFTON's challenge, the following selection process is required.

Document Screening > Pre-interview (Phone Interview) > *Assignment Stage > Personality Assessment > Technical Fit Interview > Culture Fit Interview (2-3 rounds) > Pass and Onboarding
