The Talent Acquisition team is the organization that establishes and executes KRAFTON's company-wide recruitment strategy. Beyond simple job posting management, our core role is to define the talent needed in line with the flow of technological change and proactively secure them in the market.

To ensure KRAFTON maintains global competitiveness amidst rapidly changing technological environments such as AI, games, and semiconductors, we are building a recruitment system that directly discovers and connects excellent talent from all over the world. To this end, we structurally design and execute the overall recruitment process based on data-driven sourcing strategies and systematic pipeline operation.

This position is a Senior Recruiter role who will lead the overall recruitment process by performing both sourcing and recruiting in an integrated manner. You will directly lead the entire recruitment cycle, from defining talent for strategic positions to establishing sourcing strategies, discovering candidates, operating interview processes, and negotiating offers.

Introducing the mission you will undertake with our team.

Establish recruitment strategies and lead End-to-End recruitment for strategic positions in core functions such as Tech, AI, and games.

Proactively discover excellent talent in the market and build pipelines using various channels such as LinkedIn.

Lead the entire recruitment process for the assigned organization, including job posting planning and operation, document review, and interview process design and execution.

Manage the entire onboarding process and improve candidate experience through communication with candidates, including compensation negotiations.

Derive data-driven recruitment strategies and efficiency measures by analyzing sourcing channels and recruitment performance.

We want to grow with someone who has the following experience! (Required Qualifications)

5+ years of integrated experience in the fields of recruitment sourcing and recruiting.

Experience independently operating the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer.

Proficiency in using sourcing tools and techniques such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Search.

Ability to analyze recruitment performance based on data and derive improvement plans.

English communication skills (at or above the level of email and basic business communication).

No disqualifying factors for overseas business trips.

If you have these experiences, you are the one we are looking for! (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in recruitment sourcing at technology-centered companies such as Tech, AI, games, or semiconductors.

Sourcing experience for technical roles such as Developer, ML Engineer, Data Scientist, etc.

Experience in global talent sourcing (discovering and communicating with overseas candidates).

Experience using global ATS such as Greenhouse or Workday.
