Introducing our team (project).
The Financial Strategy team is a department that executes major projects related to corporate management (M&A, enhancing corporate and shareholder value, post-investment management, etc.) in accordance with KRAFTON's strategic goals, works with related organizations within KRAFTON, and supports management's key decision-making through independent opinions.
Introducing the mission you will undertake with our team.
1) Practical execution of major projects related to corporate management (e.g., M&A, capital market transaction)
In the case of M&A, working with investment execution organizations to perform evaluation of the target, valuation, derivation of financial/accounting implications and solutions.
Continuously monitoring the status of implementing the strategic investment purposes of investee companies, and providing independent analytical opinions and advisory to management through diagnosis of financial and non-financial performance.
Coordination and adjustment of work with various related departments such as accounting, disclosure, IR, and legal to promote projects.
Coordination and review of work with financial, accounting, and legal advisors.
2) Practical review of corporate finance from the perspective of enhancing corporate value and maximizing shareholder value
Review of various strategic agendas related to Corporate Finance, including the establishment and implementation of shareholder return policies.
Review of mid-to-long-term business plans and growth strategies.
Review of corporate governance improvement, subsidiary spin-offs, mergers, restructuring, etc.
3) Execution of other financial strategy related project tasks linked to business strategy on an ad-hoc basis.
We want to grow with someone who has the following experience! (Required Qualifications)
[Job Expertise Required Qualifications]
Must satisfy at least one of the following three:
7+ years of experience in M&A or corporate consulting at an Investment Banking.
7+ years of experience in investment execution, PMI, post-investment management, etc., at a Private Equity, Venture Capital, or asset management company.
7+ years of experience in corporate financial/non-financial advisory as a financial strategy professional at a listed company, financial management professional at a holding company, or a holder of an Accountant or CFA License.
[Other Required Qualifications]
A person with experience in collaboration and coordination with various stakeholders.
Possessing English communication skills of Business Fluent or higher.
No disqualifying factors for overseas business trips.

Experience working in strategy or financial strategy related departments within the gaming or non-gaming industry.
Broad understanding of business strategy, business, and operations across various industries.
An enthusiastic gamer with an interest in KRAFTON's games and experience playing games of various platforms/genres.
