CNTD Dept is an organization that discovers AI business and technology investment opportunities to strengthen KRAFTON's AI competitiveness and secure new growth opportunities. Beyond simple financial investment, we proactively explore promising technologies and business opportunities based on KRAFTON's mid-to-long-term strategic direction. After investment, we also look for business touchpoints and opportunities for collaboration. To this end, we research AI technology, products, and industry structures, discover/analyze potential investment targets, and, if necessary, review investment execution and follow-up linkage plans.
In this position, you will encounter various technologies and business models at the forefront of the rapidly changing AI industry, gaining comprehensive experience from market analysis to investment review, execution, and linkage.

Discover AI business and technology investment opportunities
Research global AI markets, technologies, and industry structures to derive insights
Discover potential investment targets and analyze business/technology/strategic fit
Lead investment review and execution, including establishing investment logic, preparing review materials, and reporting to management
Analyze post-investment portfolio performance and establish strategies to create synergies between KRAFTON business units
Review post-management and value expansion plans, such as follow-on investment, collaboration, and business linkage
Plan and execute other major enterprise-wide strategic tasks and projects
We want to grow with someone who has the following experience! (Required Qualifications)
7 or more years of relevant experience
Experience in fields such as Corporate Development, Corporate Strategy, Business Development, M&A, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Consulting, etc.
Ability to derive core insights based on industry, market, and company research and analysis
Experience leading investment, strategy, or business development projects
Ability to collaborate smoothly with various internal and external stakeholders and communicate logically through documentation and reporting
Business Fluent level English communication skills
No disqualifying factors for overseas business trips
If you have these experiences, you are the one we are looking for! (Preferred Qualifications)
High understanding of industries such as AI, data, software, digital content, and platforms
Experience performing investment review, establishing investment logic, and business feasibility analysis based on an understanding of AI technology or business
Experience in post-investment portfolio management, business collaboration, and synergy review
Quantitative analysis skills such as financial modeling, business valuation, and business planning, or holding degrees/certifications such as MBA, CFA, CPA, etc.
