Since 2021, KRAFTON has presented deep learning as an area where we can newly expand our game production capabilities and a field for continuous new challenges, and is focusing on research in this field while actively investing, including recruiting core talent, to facilitate full-scale operations.

Introducing the mission to join our team.

In accordance with KRAFTON AI's strategic direction, the operations manager performs the following roles to ensure that R&D and services are executed smoothly:

Establishment of major internal operation plans and support for writing reports

Support for headquarters resource operations including budget, HR, and projects, and performance of related administrative practical tasks

Support and execution of recruitment programs and external exchange/collaboration programs

Planning and operation of programs/events to strengthen internal capabilities and create a positive organizational culture, such as seminars and organizational culture programs

Content operation management within the KRAFTON AI website

Flexibly respond to ad-hoc requests from leadership levels and perform various operational tasks

We want to grow with someone who has these experiences! (Required Qualifications)

2 or more years of practical experience in operations or office management

Experience in operating management systems such as establishing operation plans and internal reporting materials

Responsibility and execution power to autonomously plan tasks and complete them to the end

Communication skills and Maturity to communicate smoothly with various departments and stakeholders

Business English proficiency (ability to write English emails and communicate with overseas members)

A proactive team player who values mutual cooperation

No disqualifying factors for overseas business trips

If you have these experiences, you are the one we are looking for! (Preferred Qualifications)

Work experience in technical research or service organizations within related industries such as AI, games, or the tech industry

Experience in supporting operations or communication for industry-academic cooperation, recruitment programs, conference presentations, or external collaboration projects

Experience in planning and operating organizational culture programs, seminars, or internal events

High proficiency in document work tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
