Senior Fulstack Engineer with Node.js

At KraftCode, we value independence, flexibility, and technical excellence. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong backend focus to join a project for a large US-based technology company.

You’ll work on a high-scale digital platform, developing new functionality and gradually migrating existing Elixir-based services to Node.js and TypeScript .

What You’ll Need:

5+ years of professional software engineering experience Strong experience with Node.js, JavaScript and TypeScript Solid experience with React.js and modern web development Experience designing and integrating REST APIs and GraphQL Strong understanding of modern application architecture, scalability and performance Experience with AWS and distributed systems Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging or notification systems Good understanding of testing and production-grade software development Experience with Docker and CI/CD Very good English and strong communication skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with Elixir / Phoenix – especially useful when migrating existing functionality to Node.js Elasticsearch Datadog or Splunk Helm Experience with high-traffic applications Mentoring and code review experience
