Customer Service Representative

Job Duties: We are looking for a server for our small team who truly enjoys people and hospitality. Someone who dares to communicate, knows how to notice things, takes responsibility, and does not wait for instructions for every next step. You do not need to know all the world's wines by heart or know every sea creature. All of this can be learned. What is more important is the desire to learn, an interest in food and wine, and the right attitude. While working at KRAB, you will welcome guests, introduce our food and wines, take orders, serve, keep your workplace tidy, and ensure that the guest has a good time with us. We expect you to be cheerful, fast, attentive, and reliable, able to work both independently and as a team, and to understand that in a small restaurant, we do a little bit of everything if necessary.

Other requirements: A polite, friendly, and fast people person who appreciates good service. Orientation in wine pairing is a plus. The employer is willing to provide training regarding the assortment offered. English language skills are necessary.
