Xtreme Logistics is currently hiring 10 Dispatch Riders to join its operations in Lagos.

Location: Lagos Residence: Ikorodu or nearby areas Salary: ₦120,000 per month Employment type: Full-time Start: ASAP

About the Role

The Dispatch Rider will be responsible for picking up and delivering packages across Lagos while providing reliable, safe and professional service to customers.

The rider should be comfortable navigating different parts of Lagos and handling deliveries efficiently while following safety and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must reside in Ikorodu or nearby areas.
• Previous dispatch riding or delivery experience.
• Valid motorcycle rider's licence.
• Good knowledge of Lagos routes and locations.
• Good riding skills and a strong commitment to road safety.
• Reliable, responsible and punctual.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Available to start as soon as possible.

What the Role Involves

• Picking up and delivering packages to customers and businesses.
• Navigating routes efficiently across Lagos.
• Communicating professionally with customers and the company.
• Handling delivery information and related documentation.
• Following traffic, safety and company procedures.
• Reporting delivery issues or incidents when necessary.
• Taking proper care of the motorcycle used for work.
