BIM MODELLER

Responsibilities: Produce M&E systems design drawings,shop drawings and as-built drawings related to building works. Monitor site installation progress and update changes on site. Prepare and compile as-built drawings for submission Assist in maintaining BIM systems and standards for construction projects. Assist in BIM Coordination offsite & on site implementation. Explore 3D BIM authoring tools to leverage the capability to enhance construction productivity. Producing Documents & Drawing for Approval & Construction . Ensure on-time completion of required drawings Other ad-hoc duties assigned Requirements: Diploma/NTC 3 (or equivalent)inMechanical / Electrical Engineering,Building Services or related field Minimum 4 years experience in M&E building design work Well-versed in operating AutoCAD Possess M&E design knowledge Excellent interpersonal skills with keen attention to details Self-motivated with a high degree of personal responsibility Able to work independently as well as a team player. Knowledge & familiarity with Revit MEP will be an advantage. Industry experience on a construction project will be an advantage. Candidates with hands-on experience in BIM Authoring tools and BIM reviewing tools and software is a plus
