Role Description The Franchise Owner role at KOULLS is a full-time, on-site position based in Port Harcourt. The Franchise Owner will oversee daily operations of the franchise location, including managing staff, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring adherence to KOULLS’ brand and operational standards. Responsibilities include driving local business growth, building relationships with customers and partners, and implementing company strategies within the assigned territory. The Franchise Owner will also handle local marketing initiatives, monitor financial performance, and report regularly to KOULLS on operational metrics and outcomes. Qualifications

Candidates should possess franchising and business management skills, including experience operating or overseeing a franchise or similar business model. Candidates should possess training and coaching skills to onboard, develop, and support team members and partners. Candidates should possess sales and business development skills to grow revenue, expand the customer base, and build long-term relationships. Candidates should possess recruiting and talent management skills to hire, retain, and motivate a diverse, high-performing team. Candidates should possess strong customer service and communication skills to ensure positive experiences and timely issue resolution. Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in technology-enabled services, basic financial and budgeting skills, familiarity with mobility or delivery operations, and strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
