- To Tract competition and opportunities for sales growth.
- To ensure that all packaging products conform with the Company's product.
- To coordinate with the production department regarding customer designs and requirements.
- To develop a monthly production forecast and other duties that may assign to him/her.
- Maintain strategic marketing and effective sales collections.
- Do other duties that may assign to him/her from time to time.
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree 8–12 years of progressive managerial or executive experience. Proven strategic leadership and organizational management capabilities. Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and analytical judgment. Exceptional decision-making, problem-solving, and risk-management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead organizational transformation and drive business growth. Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and operational excellence. High level of integrity, accountability, discretion, and executive professionalism.
