Ihre Aufgaben

Key Responsibilities

General office administration and secretarial support

Handling correspondence, scheduling, and phone inquiries

Preparation of quotations, invoices, and cost estimates

Order processing and inventory management

Order packing and shipment

Coordination of shipping and customs documentation

Customer service and complaint handling

Support for supplier communication and purchasing activities

Coordination of customer visits and sales appointments

Support with accounting, payment tracking, and administrative finance tasks

Assistance with marketing and internal office operations

Coordination with external IT and service providers

Ihr Profil

Requirements

Experience in office administration, customer service, or sales support

Organized and detail-oriented working style

Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset

Ability to manage multiple tasks independently

Good MS Office skills

German and English language skills Required

Preferred

Experience with logistics, invoicing, or import/export documentation

Experience in an international or technical business environment

Korean language ability is a plus
