Responsibilities and assignments Promote and execute training, workshops, and lectures related to Quality Management; Coordinate and execute internal and supplier audit management programs; Support other areas in problem-solving; Follow up on recommendations made to audited areas to verify the implementation and effectiveness of the actions adopted; Coordinate the execution of laboratory tests for intermediate and final products, as well as raw materials, ensuring the validity of results and the issuance of analysis reports, as well as the execution of laboratory tests for product developments for customers and the approval of new materials and/or new suppliers. Coordinate improvement activities for the physical-textile and chemical Laboratory and ensure compliance with customer and corporate methodologies; Act as an internal auditor for certification standards related to the Kordsa Brasil Management System; Use statistical tools for processing process and product data aiming to create management reports to support decision-making for improvement actions; Maintain the implementation of requirements and tools of the IATF automotive quality standard and core tools FMEA, MSA, CEP, PPAP, APQP, etc.; Organize and conduct critical analysis meetings of the Quality Management System; Coordinate activities related to customer complaints and complaints to suppliers; Conduct evaluation meetings for local and global suppliers; Participate in global quality and laboratory meetings with plants in other countries.
Requirements and qualifications You need to have: Complete degree in Engineering; Knowledge of ISO9001 and IATF16949 standards; Proficiency in Office Package; Advanced English.
You will stand out if you have: Knowledge in Power BI; Training as an ISO9001 and IATF16949 Quality internal auditor; Knowledge in Six Sigma; Knowledge of automotive quality Core Tools.
