Data Scientist
We’re looking for an Enterprise Data Scientist to join our Data & AI team. If you’re passionate about artificial intelligence, data science, analytics, and transforming data into business value, we want to meet you.
Your key responsibilities
As our Data Scientist, you will:
Apply core data science methods - statistical modelling, supervised and unsupervised ML, causal inference and experimentation - to concrete business problems such as marketing attribution, forecasting, churn and propensity modelling
Own the model lifecycle end to end: problem framing, feature design, validation, explainability and production monitoring for drift and performance, using MLOps practices
Translate model outputs into clear insights and recommendations that marketing and business stakeholders can act on
Build and operationalise data models and ML pipelines on Databricks, dbt, Snowflake and similar technologies, working closely with client data engineering teams from data foundation to production
Contribute across our wider Data & AI engagements, from data platform and foundation work to GenAI use cases and AI adoption
Help shape Kopenhagen Konsulting’s Data & AI offerings, reusable products and internal capability building
Working at Kopenhagen Konsulting
We’re a fast-growing management consultancy specialising in Cybersecurity, Risk & Resilience, Data & AI and Digital. Clients come to us for our ability to blend expertise with momentum: we unblock stalled initiatives and turn business goals into real delivery.
Our Data & AI practice bridges strategy and execution. We help clients move from AI ambition to lasting data and AI products - built on solid data foundations, tailored to how the business operates and owned by the organisation long after we leave. We deliver across AI Strategy & Transformation, Data Foundation & Platforms, and AI & Automation, increasingly backed by our own products and accelerators.
As a Data Scientist with us, you work where models meet business decisions - close to clients, close to production and with real influence on what gets built.
Five reasons why you’ll like it here
We believe that people should be trusted and organisation should be frictionless. From billing to client engagement to travel expenses, everything is designed to make it easy for you to do your best work.
We put as much energy into building our company culture as we do into client work. Communication is honest; we don’t have time for corporate theatre. Instead, we do something simple, yet remarkably uncommon - we treat people as humans first.
Besides this, we offer:
Autonomy from day one – no hand-holding, no pointless approvals
The chance to shape the Data & AI practice– we’re growing and your input is not just welcome, it’s needed
Competitive salary
Significant personal and professional development opportunities
Every Friday at the Kopenhagen Konsulting office with your colleagues
What you bring
You're driven by turning data and AI into real business impact. You're analytical by nature, quick to pick up new tools and thrive working across disciplines with clients and colleagues alike.
Professional experience
3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer, ideally in consulting or a client-facing role
Strong Python and SQL skills, with hands-on experience in Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow)
Proven experience taking ML models from prototype to production
Solid grounding in statistics, causal inference or attribution modelling
Ability to work independently with client teams and communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders
Relevant master’s degree
Fluency in English, with Danish as an advantage
We’d love it if you also tick the boxes below – as a bonus, not a deal-breaker:
Experience with marketing analytics, customer data or digital marketing data sources
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and CI/CD for data and ML
Experience with GenAI and LLM-based solutions
Databricks certifications
Personal qualities
At Kopenhagen Konsulting, how you show up matters as much as the experience you bring. We expect that you:
Own outcomes and deliver reliably
Are structured and clear in how you work
Communicate well with stakeholders at all levels
Are a team player who contributes to a positive culture – for clients and your Kopenhagen Konsulting colleagues
Are resilient and iterative – you ship value, learn and improve
