Technician // 2 SHIFTS

Your responsibilities:

• You provide technical support within the production process and report directly to the Technical Manager.
• Quickly and efficiently troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve malfunctions and technical breakdowns in the machine park to guarantee production continuity.
• Ensure the maintenance and optimal operation of various machines, including milling machines, sawing machines, handling robots, pick & place robots, welding robots, and CNC machines.
• Actively contribute ideas to and implement improvements to machines, processes, and installations in collaboration with the Technical Manager.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to the maintenance plan.
• You possess a technical diploma (prior knowledge of Electro/Mechanics).
• Knowledge of English is an important requirement to ensure smooth internal communication and work processes.
• Dutch-speaking (basic speaking and reading) is not a must but is an added value!
• You are willing to work in a 2-shift system!
• Experience within an industrial production environment, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of and experience with CNC machines, robot installations, and automated production lines.
• Insight into and experience with compressed air and hydraulic systems.
• Basic knowledge/experience in electricity (and HMI).
• Basic PC knowledge.
• You hold order, cleanliness, and structure in high regard and work according to the 5S principles.
• You handle valuable equipment with care and responsibility.
