Welder

Konvert Construct is looking for a welder in the Dilsen-Stokkem region. Our client is a strong producer of prefab concrete solutions, including columns, beams, girders, and prefab reinforcement cages. They deliver projects in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany and are known for their craftsmanship, quality, and advanced technical knowledge. From the production hall in Dilsen-Stokkem, an ambitious team works every day on custom solutions for the construction sector.

In this position, you will participate in the manufacturing of concrete prefab elements in the production environment in Dilsen-Stokkem.

Your responsibilities:

• You assemble and weld reinforcement based on technical plans.
• You work accurately and according to the applicable safety guidelines.
• You support the entire prefab production process where necessary.
• You will receive internal training to further develop your knowledge and skills.
• A technical background combined with a solid foundation in MIG/MAG welding forms a solid foundation for this position.
• Reading and interpreting technical plans and diagrams proceeds smoothly and accurately.
• Physical work and active participation in the production environment provide energy; a true hands-on mentality is indispensable.
• A good knowledge of English is required. Dutch is a plus and offers an extra advantage on the shop floor.
• Working in a day shift from 6u to 14u30 is not a problem, and where necessary, flexibility is applied without effort.
