TIG Welder (2-shift)

For an international production environment within the manufacturing industry, we are looking for an enthusiastic TIG Welder. In this position, you are responsible for welding aluminum constructions and frames according to technical drawings. You will work on both serial production and custom projects and contribute to a high-quality and efficient production process.

Your tasks

• Welding aluminum frames and constructions with a TIG welding machine and manual addition.
• Setting up assemblies on welding tables in preparation for welding work.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Assembling sub-assemblies.
• Performing quality controls on your own welding work using measuring instruments such as calipers, roll gauges, and gauges.
• Registering and following up on quality controls via control sheets.
• Processing production orders in an ERP system.
• Alternating between performing serial work and custom orders.
• Ensuring smooth communication during shift handovers.
• Providing polyvalent support at other workstations if necessary.

Experience with TIG welding of aluminum.

You can read and interpret technical plans.

You have knowledge of measuring instruments and quality controls.

Experience with an ERP system is a plus.

You work accurately and have an eye for quality.

Order, cleanliness, and safety are important to you.

Basic knowledge of Dutch (speaking and reading) is an added value.

You can communicate fluently in English.

You are willing to work in a two-shift system.

You are flexible and function well within a team.

You have a positive and hands-on attitude.
