Front Desk Officer / Loketbediende

For a well-known logistics company in the Waaslandhaven, Konvert HR is looking for a Front Desk Officer. Are you customer-oriented, stress-resistant, and able to switch gears quickly? In this position, you are the face of the company and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

What will you do?

• You receive and assist drivers at the counter and ensure they obtain the necessary documents.
• You support the Customer Service Officers with administrative tasks such as processing orders.
• You assist customers and colleagues via telephone and e-mail.
• You think along regarding process improvements and contribute to an efficient workflow.
• During busy moments, you are the multitasker who ensures smooth operations.
• You have problem-solving skills and are stress-resistant, especially during peak moments.
• You have good language skills, with English as a requirement and knowledge of French and German as a plus.
• You have the ability to keep a cool head, even in stressful situations, without sacrificing accuracy.
• You can reach the Waaslandhaven on your own.
