🌸 Programme Executive, KMS Dharma School

KMS Dharma School, featuring the Dharma programmes for children, is one of the departments under Education Unit. The roles contributing to the respective area of the operation are essential to ensure the smooth functioning of the school. The incumbent will be involved in planning, coordinating and executing the existing, new programme(s) and project(s) of the school.

👩‍🏫👨‍🏫 Your Role:

• Assist in overseeing the overall operation of KMS Dharma School
• Manage assigned operational areas, including IT & AV system support, volunteer management, and curriculum administration
• Plan and create promotional content for school events while managing the school’s digital communication platforms
• Host and manage online classes and training when required
• Provide general administrative support, including handling enquiries, maintaining and updating records, and coordinating classroom bookings.
• Support and participate in the Monastery event(s)

📚 What You Bring:

• Qualification: Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
• Year(s) of Experience: 2 years of work experience
• Language(s): Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking associates
• Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Communication and interpersonal skills, Project/event management skills, AV/IT equipment knowledge, Experience using AI-driven platforms and tools
• A good team player with proactive working attitude
• Able to work on weekend(s), public holiday(s) and irregular working hour(s)
• Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment and capable of working under pressure.
• Candidate with Dharma knowledge will be of an advantage
