Working hours
- Monday to Sunday
- 13:00 hrs - 22:00 hrs / Rotated day off

What are we looking for?
- Advanced conversational English (B2 to C2)
- Incomplete or completed Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bilingual Supervisor
- Experience in Customer Service Back Office operations, primarily in Ticket and Chat management.
- Management and monitoring of KPIs
- Experience in leadership, team management, and personnel development
- Results orientation and continuous improvement
