Afternoon Shift Bilingual Call Center Supervisor / Toreo

We have an opportunity for you in an important bilingual campaign for Customer Service Back Office operations, mainly in handling Tickets and Chats.

What do we offer?

• Base salary: $19,000 gross monthly
• Productivity bonus of up to 20% for KPI fulfillment
• Grocery vouchers: $760 monthly

Working hours

• Monday to Sunday
• 13:00 hrs - 22:00 hrs / Rotated day off
• Rotated days off during the week and weekends
• On-site work in Toreo Parque Central

What are we looking for?

• Advanced conversational English (B2 to C2)
• Incomplete or completed Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bilingual Supervisor
• Experience in Customer Service Back Office operations, mainly in handling Tickets and Chats.
• Management and monitoring of KPIs
• Experience in leadership, team management, and personnel development
• Results orientation and continuous improvement
