Bilingual Call Center Operations Supervisor

Work area: Naucalpan, Estado de México (near Plaza Toreo)

What do we offer?

• Base salary: $19,000 gross monthly
• Productivity bonus of up to 20% for KPI fulfillment

Working hours:

Afternoon shift Schedule: M to S from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm

• 1 rotating day off during the week
• 1 rotating day off on the weekend

We are looking for talent with:

• Advanced conversational English (B2 to C2)
• Incomplete or completed Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bilingual Supervisor in Customer Service and Sales | cross-selling campaigns
• Experience in team management, indicator tracking, and personnel development
• Focus on results, leadership, and continuous improvement
