Are you a commercial hunter passionate about generating new business, opening markets, and closing large accounts?

We are looking for a BPO NEW BUSINESS PROSPECTING MANAGER to drive the growth of our operation at a national level.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative areas.
• Intermediate-advanced English.
• +5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in BPO, Call Center, IT, enterprise software, or specialized services.
• Provable experience in prospecting, negotiation, and closing new clients.
• Mastery of consultative selling and account development.
• Availability for client visits and hybrid work.

What will be your challenge?

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities in strategic sectors.
• Present commercial solutions, negotiate, and close agreements.
• Develop new clients and strengthen strategic accounts.
• Meet commercial objectives and KPIs.
• Analyze market and competition to detect new opportunities.
• Prepare monthly forecast and provide punctual follow-up to the pipeline.
• Manage projects and leads until their closure.
• Work in a coordinated manner with Marketing and After-sales to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Indispensable knowledge

• CRM and digital prospecting tools.
• Advanced Excel, Google Sheets and/or Power BI.
• LinkedIn and tools such as Apollo / Lusha.
• Consultative selling techniques and social selling.

It will be a plus if you know!

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Email marketing and lead generation.
• SPIN Selling.
• Solution Selling.
• Challenger Sales.
• Digital marketing.
