WE ARE HIRING BILINGUAL AGENTS (BASIC/INTERMEDIATE ENGLISH)
CUSTOMER SERVICE (E-COMMERCE (VIDEO PLATFORM NO. 1)
Job Functions:
Perform as a Customer Service Telephone Agent with an E-commerce projection on the current number 1 video platform.
Your activities include:
- Verifying that customers and businesses comply with community standards and internal policies.
- Following up on incidents.
- Escalating cases when necessary.
- Ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.
The E-commerce platform is in English, which is why an A2B1 level (basic-intermediate) is required.
Available schedules (choose yours):
Monday to Sunday
MORNING:
8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM 10:00 AM TO 7:00 PM
AFTERNOON:
1:00 PM TO 10:00 PM
2 DAYS OFF (ONE DURING THE WEEK AND ONE ON THE WEEKEND)!
Salary and bonuses:
Monthly base salary: $9,453 Fixed language bonus: $2,047 15% productivity bonus Grocery vouchers 4% Benefits by law Training Biweekly payment

Requirements
High school completed Minimum experience of 6 to 12 months in Customer Service (ATC) Having worked with processes, validations, or internal policies English level A2B1 (basic-intermediate)
