We are looking for a Bilingual Quality Analyst (QA) with experience in Customer Service and Cross Selling campaigns.

What do we offer?

  • Base salary: $17,500 monthly
  • Grocery vouchers: $700 monthly

  • Monday to Sunday schedule
  • Hours: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • 2 rotating days off: one during the week and one on the weekend
  • On-site work in Naucalpan, near Parque Toreo

What are we looking for?

  • Incomplete or completed Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst (QA) in a Call Center.
  • Experience in Customer Service and/or Cross Selling campaigns.
  • English B2 to C2 indispensable.
  • Availability to work on-site.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Monitor and evaluate calls, chats, and agent interactions.
  • Provide feedback to improve performance.
  • Detect areas of opportunity and propose improvement actions.
  • Follow up on quality indicators and process compliance.
  • Collaborate with Operations to strengthen the customer experience.
  • Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
