WE ARE HIRING BILINGUAL AGENTS (BASIC/INTERMEDIATE ENGLISH)
COSTUMER SERVICE (E-COMMERCE (VIDEO PLATFORM NO. 1)
Job functions:
Perform as a Customer Service Telephone Agent with an E-commerce projection on the currently number 1 video platform.
Your activities include:
- Verifying that customers and merchants comply with community standards and internal policies.
- Following up on incidents.
- Escalating cases when necessary.
- Ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.
The E-commerce platform is in English, which is why an A2B1 (basic/intermediate) level is required.
Available schedules (choose yours):
Monday to Sunday
MORNING:
10:00 AM TO 7:00 PM
AFTERNOON:
1:00 PM TO 10:00 PM
2 DAYS OFF (ONE DURING THE WEEK AND ONE ON THE WEEKEND)!
Salary and bonuses:
Monthly base salary: $9,453 Fixed language bonus: $2,047 15% productivity bonus Grocery vouchers 4% Benefits by law Training Biweekly payment

Requirements
- High school completed
- Minimum experience of 6 to 12 months in Customer Service (ATC)
- Having worked with processes, validations, or internal policies
- English level A2B1 (basic/intermediate)

- Quality audits
