Konecranes Demag A/S is seeking a Service Technician for North-West Zealand! Do you want to be the face to the outside world in an international company where the latest technology and your professional expertise are paramount? We are currently looking for a dedicated Service Technician for North-West Zealand who reports to our office in Taastrup. At Konecranes, you will become part of a strong team where we highly value safety, quality, and modern solutions. About the role: As a Service Technician, you are our most important ambassador. You drive out to tasks directly from home in your own company car, and ensure that the customers' lifting equipment always functions optimally. Your primary work tasks: Preventive maintenance: Service and inspection of cranes and lifting equipment Statutory inspections: Expert inspection of hoists, bridge cranes, and other equipment Troubleshooting and repair: Urgent troubleshooting as well as mechanical and electrical repairs Assembly tasks: Installation and upgrading of equipment On-call duty: Participation in the local on-call schedule to handle urgent cases outside of normal working hours Customer dialogue: You are the company's face to the outside world and advise customers in daily operations Be a good colleague
Who are you? We are looking for a technician who thrives with a mobile daily life. You are a trained electrician, industrial mechanic, industrial fitter, agricultural machinery mechanic, mechanic, or similar. Alternatively, you have broad experience with service work within industry, mechanics, or electricity. You can read and understand technical documentation (electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings). You master Danish and English in writing and speech and have a driver's license (cat. B). As a person, you are: Quality-conscious, solution-oriented, and comfortable using digital tools. Prepared for on-call duty, which is naturally compensated with attractive supplements.
