Quality Control Coordinator

For a historic Italian company, well-established in the territory, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with quality standards in all phases of the production process — from the inspection of incoming materials, to intermediate process controls in production, up to final testing. If you have a strong attention to quality and possess practical experience in electrical inspections, electrical systems for cranes, welding standards, and quality management systems, we would be pleased to meet you.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform and coordinate quality checks on incoming, in-process, and outgoing materials, checking compliance against technical specifications, drawings, and company standards.
• Manage and monitor non-conformities related to suppliers, coordinating corrective and preventive actions and the relationship with them.
• Produce and update technical and quality documentation, including control reports, verification records, and compliance documentation.
• Promote and implement continuous improvement actions to increase quality standards and reduce non-conformities.
• Quality coordination skills, also supporting the organization of operational activities and contributing to the development of the group's skills.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical or industrial fields or technical diploma with at least 3 years of experience in the sector.
• Experience in quality control within the metalworking or industrial sector.
• Attitude towards teamwork and ability to coordinate resources.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (at least B2).
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments, quality control procedures, and relevant regulations (ISO 9001).
• Knowledge of welding standards and VT visual inspections (EN 1090, ISO 3834, ISO 17637).
• Precision, reliability, and interpersonal and organizational skills.
