TECHNICAL SPECIALIST (M/F/D) FOR ELEVATORS

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for YOU for our subsidiary, KONE GARANT Aufzug GmbH, as a Technical Specialist m/f/d in customer service for elevators in Dresden. Your tasks with us: no two days are the same
* Processing malfunctions on high-quality and complex elevator systems
* Support during the commissioning of special systems
* Collaboration in the Technical Help Desk for our technicians
* Assessment of the technical condition of elevator systems
* Participation in the development of repair and technical solutions
* Support of the Meister m/f/d with customer complaints
* Creating feedback as well as documentation of defect causes
* Conducting training on-site and in the Academy
What you bring with you: Technical know-how and commitment
* Completed training in the field of Mechatronik, Elektronik, Elektrik or comparable
* Further training as Techniker m/f/d, Meister m/f/d, or a comparable qualification desirable
* Several years of professional experience in the elevator sector
* Affinity for digital and Smart Home solutions as well as ideally experience with network and communication technology
* Customer and service orientation as well as good communicative and organizational skills
* Strong analytical skills and a pronounced ability to independently develop problem solutions
* Good English language skills
* Driving license class B
