HR Manager

For the company KONE, specializing in the elevator and escalator industry, we are recruiting an experienced HR Manager.

As part of the role:

Leading global HR processes from end to end: performance and talent management, compensation and benefits, managing employee appraisal and career development processes, annual salary updates, development and implementation of local HR policies.

• Managing On-boarding and Off-boarding processes.
• Accompanying and advising managers in all aspects of labor relations.
• Accompanying organizational changes, transformation processes, and future skills planning, while promoting equality and inclusion (DEI) and learning strategies.
• Responsibility for employee engagement and well-being: managing local and global surveys, data analysis, promoting health initiatives, work-life balance, and personal resilience, planning welfare budgets and company events accordingly.
• Comprehensive management of labor relations under the collective agreement practiced in the company and in full cooperation with the workers' committee.
• Working with the company's regional management.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor's degree - Mandatory
• 7 years of experience in HR management - Mandatory
• Experience in managing end-to-end HR processes, leading changes, working with managers, and multitasking.
• Knowledge and experience in labor laws
• Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented mindset, initiative, and business thinking.
• Very high level of English
• Experience working with a field-based population
• Experience in a global company - Mandatory
