Your tasks
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, virtualization/HCI, storage, networks, and security systems.
- Perform system migrations, upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare technical documentation, implementation reports, and handover documents.
- Provide maintenance and technical support at customer sites.
Requirements
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of experience in system or IT infrastructure engineering.
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows/Linux, virtualization, servers, storage, networking, and firewall basics.
- At least one relevant vendor certification (e.g., CCNA, Fortinet, VMware, or equivalent).
- Good technical documentation and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willing to travel for assignments and work after hours when required.
