Ensuring products are well-displayed in the Main store and in stores.
Monitoring the availability of best-selling book and merchandise stock in stores, and ensuring products are well-displayed in stores.
Establishing communication and relationships with relevant store PICs and MDHO.
Executing special programs (store in store) display according to the plan.
Inventory
Assisting the transfer order process as needed from stores to the publisher's Warehouse or GW-PGI, and inter-store transfers.
Performing recording and management of inventory in the publisher's warehouse (40008) and ensuring physical and data (365) alignment.
Assisting in preparing goods requirements for events and other sales activities.
Establishing communication with DC/GWS regarding the product supply process.
Event
Assisting in preparing products and sales transactions for events managed by PGI.
Ensuring sales reports and transaction deposits.
Performing stock opname after the event is completed.
S1 degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or economics.
Experience in retail or wholesale, preferably in the book or literacy industry.
Involvement in organizations or communities related to books, literacy, or customer service is an added value.
Experience in customer service, product recommendation, or sales is preferred.
Proficient in English to understand various literature and imported books, as well as communicating with clients.
Understanding global trends (e.g., books that are trending in the US/UK markets).
Able to explain the added value of imported books (content quality, academic relevance, or exclusivity).
