Design, implement, and evaluate employee training and development programs in accordance with agreed quality standards and timelines.

Ensure that the facilities and infrastructure for each training and development program are available and usable to support the training/development program objectives.

Respond to, follow up on, and resolve complaints and questions from mykg . id users to maintain a good user experience when using the platform.

Bachelor's degree graduate, open to all majors. Fresh Graduates with relevant organizational and professional experience are welcome to apply.

Proficient in English.

Experienced in the implementation of training/organizational development programs.

Communicative, good analytical skills, able to work in diverse teams, initiative.
