Outlet Acquisition Officer

Searching for potential partners (investors) willing to invest in brands/businesses owned by GoRP

Preparing the documents required in the offering and outlet opening process

Conducting surveys and coordination with relevant parties regarding the determination of new outlet locations and their design.

Ensuring the creation of agreements with new partners runs smoothly, including the creation of MOUs, reviewing agreements, and negotiation.

Minimum S1 education

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, marketing, and merchandising

Possessing knowledge in the field of retail property / merchandising

Possessing good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

Possessing good data analysis skills

Possessing Digital Marketing skills

Language, minimum ability to use English passively - Computer, minimum ability to operate MS Office and internet

Possessing a wide network

Proficient in autocad
