Service Technician (M/F)

We are looking for a technically-oriented colleague for our service team who will ensure the installation, service, and technical support of laminating and coating machines at customer sites both in the Czech Republic and abroad.

At KOMFI, we develop and manufacture machines for the printing industry and supply them to customers worldwide. We are looking for a person who is not afraid of technical challenges, traveling, or communicating with customers, and who will help build professional customer service and the company's good reputation on a global scale. What awaits you: o installation and commissioning of laminating and coating machines at customer sites, o commissioning and setting of mechanical, electrical, and software parameters of machines, o diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software faults, o performing regular maintenance and service inspections, o technical support for customers in person, by telephone, and online, o training customers in the area of equipment operation and maintenance, o communication with customers and distributors in English, o maintaining service documentation and electronic records of service visits, o cooperation in building high-quality aftersales service.

What knowledge and skills should you have: o Secondary or Higher Technical Education, o ability to orient yourself in technical documentation, mechanical and electrical drawings, o ability to solve technical problems independently, o knowledge of the English language, spoken and written, o willingness to travel within the Czech Republic and abroad, o Group B driving license, o independence, meticulousness, and a responsible approach.

It will be an advantage if you have: o experience in the field of service or technical support, o experience with industrial machines or manufacturing technology, o other language skills.
