What will you do? Management and monitoring of budget and forecast. Financial analysis of sales, costs, margins, and profitability. Development of reports, dashboards, and performance indicators. Strategic support to operational and commercial areas. Financial evaluation of projects and business initiatives. Participation in financial closings and management control. Identification of improvement opportunities and cost optimization. Ensuring the quality and reliability of financial information. Our ideal profile: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field completed. 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, Business Control, Management Control, or Finance Business Partner. Intermediate English. Experience in sales, costs, and profitability analysis. Experience in budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis. Experience in mining, heavy machinery, after-sales, service contracts, or industrial businesses. (Desirable) Technical skills that are a plus: Advanced Excel.
