R&D Project Manager

For our Development Department, we are now seeking a person with an interest in technology and processes, focusing on the planning, management, and follow-up of challenging development projects.

Tasks As a project manager, you are involved in the development process from estimation, planning, and implementation of development projects, from feasibility study to series production and subsequent project evaluation and project closure. You collaborate with other functions and departments within the company and contribute to developing processes and working methods regarding project management and our development process. In this role, you support project members, plan, and follow up on activities and costs with a focus on status, deviations, and actions.

You compile follow-ups of forecasts and outcomes for projects and other activities, which are reported to the R&D Unit Manager as well as to the company's management group.

Experience You are likely a civil engineer (civilingenjör) with several years of experience in project management with a focus on development projects. As a person, you are proactive, structured, and have good collaborative skills. Good knowledge of English and a B-driver's license are required.
