Data Analyst for the Forest Machines of the Future

You and your skills

We believe that you are fundamentally a civilingenjör with experience in MathWorks in AI, vision, robotics, or data analysis. You find it easy to structure your work and possess a high degree of accuracy. You can prioritize your work independently and can also present your results to others in an easy-to-understand manner.

We, Komatsu Forest, are a global player, and that requires a presence in the market, with customers, and with our partners. This means that you will travel for work. Good knowledge of English is important – and additional languages can be a merit.

Your main tasks

The work involves the development of systems, algorithms, and software for our machines. Machines that contain technologies such as vision, robotics, and AI in combination with traditional sensors. Together with your colleagues within R&D Control System, a group within Research and Development, you will together develop the forest machines of the future. You will be involved all the way from development to testing in a real forest environment.
