Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities: Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and tender submissions for precast concrete projects.

Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to verify quantities and project requirements.

Monitor project costs, material usage, subcontractor costs, and overall budget.

Prepare and verify progress claims, payment applications, variation orders, and final accounts.

Evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Coordinate with the Project, Production, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Site teams on project quantities and costs.

Maintain proper records of contracts, measurements, claims, variations, and cost reports.

Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on commercial matters.

Requirements: Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the precast concrete or construction industry.

Able to read and interpret engineering, structural, and precast shop drawings.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and negotiation skills.
