The position is permanent in Patras.

The Service Employee will have the following responsibilities:

• Participation and support in the full range of billing processes for fuels, products, and services
• Customer service
• Creation of billing packages and promotional activities
• Fuel sales
• Fuel reception
• Purchase invoices upon product reception
• Email checking
• Checking the frameworks for ensuring electronic records and proof of compliance and communicating any errors thereof
• Performing daily checks on the accuracy of customer data transfer via information systems

Required Qualifications:

The Service Employee should have:

• University/Technical Institute graduate
• Postgraduate degree in a related field will be considered a plus
• Computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet)
• Knowledge of CRM, ERP systems
• Knowledge of accounting processes
• Good knowledge of English
