Senior M&E Engineer

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints such as project scope, time, cost and quality    Possess strong technical design capabilities    Ensure the project complies with regulations and clients’ specifications   Coordinate M&E services and prepare CCSM/SEM models and drawings for submission    Integration of Civil, Architectural and M&E elements and coordinate technical designs with consultants during design development for projects and tenders  Plan and lead sub-contractors to drive the timely completion of project deliverables and objectives  Prepare reports to clients and project manager on progress, delays, defects and rectification measures for the M&E works    Provide technical advice and resolve all M&E technical issues    Reporting the progress of M&E works and arranging site inspections with system-wide contractors, sub-contractors and clerk-of-works   Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace   Ensure safety and housekeeping is to be maintained to the highest standard   Undertake other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned   Job Requirements: Candidate must possess Specialist Diploma in M&E or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

At least 5 years of working experience in an A1 Main Contractor in an underground MRT project and must be accepted by LTA as M&E Coordinator
