About us: Kohli Polymers GmbH is an internationally leading company specializing in the manufacture and distribution of sustainable plastic-based raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products. To ensure our smooth and efficient operation throughout the entire supply chain, we are looking for an experienced Head of Supply Chain Monitoring and Operations (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Monitoring and controlling the entire supply chain to ensure timely and efficient material supply
• Operational responsibility for the coordination of logistics and warehousing processes, including goods receipt, warehousing, and shipping
• Daily monitoring of inventory management and stock availability to avoid bottlenecks
• Close cooperation with suppliers and logistics service providers to ensure a smooth process
• Handling operational problems and rapid response to unforeseen events or disruptions in the supply chain
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the entire Supply Chain process
• Regular reporting to management on the status of the supply chain and operational KPIs
• Support in the introduction and application of IT-supported tools to improve transparency and control over the supply chain

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline
• Several years of experience in the monitoring and operational control of supply chains, ideally in the plastics or chemical industry
• Strong operational understanding and the ability to make quick and effective decisions under pressure
• Sound knowledge in inventory management, warehouse management, and logistics coordination
• Good knowledge in the application of ERP systems and other relevant IT tools
• Very good communication skills, teamwork, and assertiveness
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
